At TM Dudley Enterprises, LLC, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. Computers and other electronics are inspected and tested when applicable before shipping, and product condition is disclosed on the product page. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Return Window
Unless a product is clearly marked Final Sale, we accept eligible product returns within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging, included accessories, and components.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- The product must be in the same condition as received
- The product must include all original packaging and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Devices that have been physically damaged after delivery
- Devices with missing components or packaging
- Software or digital products
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If your product arrives defective or not as described we will offer an exchange for the same or comparable product based on availability. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any issues.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns that are not due to defect or error on our part.
Legacy & Clearance Electronics – Final Sale Policy
Certain older, discontinued, clearance, or legacy electronic products are marked FINAL SALE on their product pages. This policy applies only to products bearing that notice; the standard return policy above applies to other eligible items.
We describe each item’s condition as accurately as possible. Basic functionality is tested when the product listing says it has been tested. Because these products are older, battery degradation, reduced manufacturer support, and software or app compatibility limitations may apply.
No returns or exchanges are accepted for change of mind or buyer’s remorse, or for compatibility limitations or battery performance that were disclosed or reasonably associated with the product’s age.
This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including where an item is materially different from its description. Please contact us through the website if there is a problem with the item as received.
